When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on when it will be delivered.
When will my RiteDetox brand products ship?
- Orders placed Monday-Friday by 12PM EST will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12PM EST will ship the next business day.
How can I get free shipping?
- Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.
- Expedited shipping is available at additional cost
When will I receive my order?
You can expect delivery of your order shipped via Standard Shipping in 3-5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return my product?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee return & refund policy.
The refund will be credited to your original payment within 10 business days after we receive the product.
Please note, as RiteDetox brand products are classified as food-based products, we are unable to accept returns when the shipping box has been opened.
Will you refund my shipping fees?
Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order was canceled.
